I liked that Kron Chocolatier lets you customize this and that, like the flavors and the packaging. It makes the gift feel a bit more personal, which I appreciated, especially when you’re trying to make it feel like more than just a standard box of chocolates.
That said, I did wish some of the options were clearer. A few parts felt kind of limited, and I wasn’t totally sure how the final box would actually look. Overall it was a good experience, just not the smoothest.

I’ve checked the site a few times now, and the chocolates I actually want are always sold out. The site itself is easy enough to use, but the availability makes me hesitant to count on it, especially if I’m buying for a gift or need something by a certain date. I keep waiting to see if they come back in stock, then eventually give up and look somewhere else.

I left feeling like I wasted my time and energy. The staff seemed annoyed that I even asked for help, and when they did respond, it wasn’t really useful. I kept trying to get some actual guidance, but it felt like pulling teeth. Not helpful at all.

The chocolate I got was actually really good, and I was happy with the quality. But the selection felt kind of limited, which was a little disappointing. A few flavors I was hoping to try were either missing or sold out, so that was annoying. Still, it wasn’t a bad experience at all, and I did enjoy what I ended up ordering. I’d probably buy again, maybe, if they add more flavors or keep more stuff in stock.

The chocolates are nice, but the website was such a pain to use. I was trying to place an order quickly for a little gift, and what should’ve taken a few minutes turned into me waiting on slow pages and clicking all over the place just to find basic product details.

Checkout was annoying too. Some buttons weren’t clear, and updating the cart felt way harder than it needed to be. I did end up ordering, but it totally threw off my plans because I wasted so much time fighting with the site. The chocolates are worth it, but the website definitely needs work

I emailed them twice and just... nothing. No reply, no follow-up, not even a quick acknowledgement. I kept thinking maybe I missed an email or it went to spam, but nope. Frustrating when you’re trying to get help and it feels like no one’s even there.

I thought the chocolate was good overall. It was smooth, not overly sweet, and the darker pieces were definitely my favorites since they had a nice cocoa flavor and didn’t taste cheap.

That said, some of them were kind of plain and a few flavors just didn’t really do much for me. Then again—wow, I suddenly sound way too serious about chocolate. It’s not bad at all, I just expected a little more for the price.

I got this for my mum and, yeah, it just looked really lovely. The wrapping was nice too, kind of made it feel a bit more special without me having to do much. She was happy with it, so all good really.

I was kinda bummed tbh, there were barely any vegan options and I couldnt really tell what was dairy-free since the labels weren’t super clear.

My order showed up with one of the boxes kind of crushed, which definitely annoyed me at first. Weirdly, I remember there was a tiny smear of chocolate dust on the corner of the packing slip, which made the whole thing feel even messier. It took a couple days for support to get back to me, but once they did, they handled it and sent out a replacement. The chocolate itself was actually really good, I just wish the customer service had been a bit quicker. Overall not a terrible experience, but the hassle makes it a 3-star one for me

I ordered from kronchocolatier.com the chocolate itself was really good. I was excited when it arrived and definitely enjoyed the taste, so that part made me happy.

But then I got a bit frustrated because I was mainly trying to check allergen info, and it felt too basic. Some products had details, but I still had to click around and wasn’t fully sure about possible cross-contact with nuts or dairy. I’d feel a lot more comfortable buying again if that info was easier to find and clearer upfront.

Had a kind of annoying time checking out. Payment kept acting weird and wouldn’t go through right away.

My order got here exactly on the day they said it would, everything was packed nicely and nothing was melted or messed up, and I liked having the tracking because I could actually see where it was instead of wondering. Easy overall, no stress at all, I’d definitely order again.

I ordered this a while ago and it still hasn’t shown up. Frustrating to be waiting this long with no delivery yet.
